Dallas-based firm Three Living Architecture leads the design of the new Cap Rock Clubhouse, the luxury addition to the Horseshoe Bay Resort in Austin.
As a dynamic amenity and event space, the clubhouse is a part of the $70 million renovation of the resort—one of the largest golf resorts in the country—which is nearing completion after two years of work.
Working in partnership with landscape architecture firm, Talley Associates, Three conceived the Cap Rock site as a destination complex comprising four separate buildings anchored by its main clubhouse with a dining room and bar area, a swimming pool, and two golf buildings.
Cap Rock Members Club will open in September 2019.
