Hilton Worldwide has signed an agreement with Key International to build a new Embassy Suites, an upscale, all-suite offering, in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Expected to open in fourth quarter 2017, the 180-suite Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach – Oceanfront marks the third Hilton Worldwide property in St. Augustine Beach. The hotel is also Key International’s first Hilton Worldwide property.
“We are excited to announce the development of our eighth Hilton Worldwide hotel in the St. Augustine area, located in a prime oceanfront location just minutes from the Nation’s Oldest City, Anastasia State Park, and restaurants on Beachfront Avenue,” says John Rogers, global head for Embassy Suites Hotels. “The Embassy Suites brand continues to open hotels in diverse locations that will attract guests staying for business or leisure.”
This beachfront hotel will feature 180 suites equipped with a separate living area, private bedroom, and wet bar. Suites will also be equipped with two flat-screen high-definition TVs. In addition, the property will offer complimentary fitness and business centers.
