Tucked into a hillside overlooking the bay at Turtle Tail, Gansevoort Turks + Caicos will introduce six new oceanfront villas this winter.
Each of the contemporary four to five-bedroom villas, crafted by Miami-based D’Amico Design Associates, will sit on roughly half an acre and feature an infinity pool, sunken outdoor firepit lounge area, and over-the-water swimming platform with private access to the ocean, while the use of natural materials adds an authentic, elegant touch to the expansive indoor-outdoor living floorplans. In the villas, courtyards are framed by signature Caicos stone walls and floor-to-ceiling windows.
