Proper Hospitality’s new hotel and residence collection Hollywood Proper Residences has arrived, complete with a modern aesthetic crafted by Kelly Wearstler Interior Design. Located in the bustling Columbia Square community, the property is situated upon the former site of CBS’ broadcast facilities.
Each of the 200 luxury residences features sweeping panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles and attractions like the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign. The fully furnished long stay residences include professional kitchens, custom furniture, original pieces from local artists and craftspeople, and new technology. One-bedroom residences range in size from 753 to 1,053 square feet while two-bedroom versions vary from 1,204 to 1,402 square feet. Each include walk-in wardrobes, private balconies, and large private terraces. The property’s four unique penthouses range in size from 2,172 to 2,582 square feet and feature design elements personally selected by Wearstler herself.
All guests are afforded access to a rooftop pool space, complete with cabanas, a fitness center, and an open-air yoga patio. F&B options, including the pool’s outdoor bar and restaurant and an indoor-outdoor European-style neighborhood coffee and wine bar will be unveiled later this year.
Wearstler is also designing four additional projects for Proper Hotels, which are expected to launch over the course of the next two years throughout the country.
