The renovation of the Le Parc Suite Hotel in the West Hollywood section of Los Angeles is complete. Designer Alison Andrus of Dallas-based Waldrop+Nichols Studio spearheaded the redesign, which draws inspiration from the hotel’s setting in the Design District. The reimagined property is conceived to emulate the residence of an upscale art collector, complete with a range of locally sourced works reflective of the creative corridor.
In the lobby, opulent furnishings populate the interior to evoke a luxe residential-style ambiance with boldly layered colors and patterns, which are illuminated by a palatial chandelier composed of 100 acrylic disks. Adjacent to the lobby, the study serves as a social space with blue lacquered walls juxtaposed with concrete floors installed beneath a black-fringe chandelier. In addition to a vibrant fitness center, amenities include the cozy bistro-style eatery Knoll, as well as Skydeck, a poolside alfresco venue atop the hotel.
Ranging from 650 to 1,000 square feet, the 154 apartment-style suites feature separate living rooms, a sleeper sofa, fireplace, kitchenette, and furnished balcony. Bronze geometric-patterned screen dividers also punctuate each accommodation.
