Ritz-Carlton will assume management of ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa in Miami on October 2nd. The luxury resort will become the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, marking the tenth property in the hotel company’s Florida portfolio.
The 18-story glass signature-designed tower overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway and sits on five acres of landscaped gardens and 750 feet of beach. The neighborhood is best known for its upscale shops and restaurants as well as its close proximity to South Beach.
Each of the 124 contemporary suites, including a 2,800-square-foot penthouse suite, have oceanfront views and feature European wood cabinetry and granite countertops, standalone egg-shaped tubs in bathrooms, expansive living spaces, and large terraces with unparalleled views.
A centerpiece of the resort is the 10,000-square-foot waterfront spa. Ten private treatment suites are complete with ocean views, a serene waterfront terrace, and a reflecting room for pre-and post-treatment relaxation. A European-edged outdoor swimming pool, 2,400 square feet of indoor space and an additional 3,400 square feet of outdoor terraces complete the amenities.
