Apartment hotel brand ROOST recently launched its latest location in Baltimore, Maryland.
From Philadelphia-based hospitality company Method Co., ROOST Baltimore offers 81 fully furnished extended stay units and 40 leasable apartments for long-term residents at Baltimore Peninsula, a new 235-acre development.
“We are excited to announce the opening of our seventh ROOST location at Baltimore Peninsula, an unprecedented development project by MAG Partners and MacFarlane Partners that has transformed Baltimore’s waterfront into an incredibly sought-after destination for both locals and visitors,” says Randall Cook, cofounder and CEO of Method Co.
Architecture firm Hord Coplan Macht designed the multimillion-dollar project, while interiors were executed by locally based Aumen Asner Inc. in collaboration with Method Co.’s in-house design firm, Method Studios. The interior design concept for ROOST Baltimore pays homage to the industrial and maritime heritage of Baltimore as a premier port city.
Extended stay apartment hotel units span studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, and boast full-size kitchens with modern appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies to take in waterfront views.
The property includes a 24/7 concierge, fitness center, and 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resort-like amenity space that includes an open-air pool with cabanas and an outdoor fireplace surrounded by a full-service bar and lounge.
ROOST is also slated to debut the 50-unit ROOST Charleston next year.
