Located in Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, the Hotel Revival, a Joie de Vivre hotel, has celebrated its grand opening. Managed by Two Roads Hospitality, the 107-room boutique property spans 14 stories in the reemerging section of the city.
Locally based firm Schamu Machowski + Patterson Architects collaborated on the project with Philadelphia-based SLDesign to craft an environment inspired by the building’s history as a multifamily residence.
A variety of aesthetics characterize each guestroom, which comprise antiques, midcentury and contemporary furniture, and accent pieces. The rich history of the address is celebrated with artwork from more than 30 different artists populating the interior. Signature F&B option Square Meal provides farm-to-table cuisine, while the rooftop venue Topside crowns the hotel with an elevated garden, restaurant, and beer hall. Also featured onsite are three themed karaoke rooms.
