Dallas-based firm Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects (NMDA) has been appointed the design architect for the forthcoming Caesars Palace Luxury Resort in the Puerto Los Cabos section of Baja, Mexico. The project is scheduled to commence in the first half of 2019.
Led by architects Nunzio and Marc DeSantis, the $200 million beachfront development will house 500 guestrooms and suites in addition to a 40,000-square-foot convention center and 25,000-square-foot spa. Three dining venues will be featured among amenities like pools, cabanas, tennis courts, two golf courses, and a fitness center.
“We’re thrilled to be involved in such a monumental project with Caesars Entertainment in the premier luxury destination in Mexico,” Marc DeSantis says. “From enriched communal spaces to an intuitive pool layout, our design for the hotel will bring energy and vibrancy to the marina.”
