U.K.-based contemporary rental brand Way of Life has unveiled its first guest suites at the Gessner, a new hospitality-style residential property in the Tottenham Hale section of London. Crafted by Fettle, the design-driven two-bedroom suites afford guests access to residential amenities like communal kitchens and dining rooms, lounges, an onsite café and coworking space, and a large rooftop terrace.
“We’re delighted to launch our first guest suites at the Gessner, our take on the aparthotel concept allowing anybody to experience Way of Life for short to medium length stays,” says Gavin Chetty, creative director for Way of Life. “Fettle’s designs set a new standard for stylish, quality living with high caliber design that has been considered down to the last detail. These are beautifully curated and observed spaces, in a buzzing community and neighborhood with excellent links to local hotspots and to London as a whole.”
A natural materiality of timber, stone, and render finishes comprises an autumnal palette inspired by the artwork of Oisin Byrne, Becky Blair, and Lizbeth Holstein, which appears throughout the building. Developed with each unit’s layout in mind, bespoke furnishings populate the suites as well.
