Jumeirah Group will introduce a new property under its Zabeel House by Jumeirah brand in Dubai later this year. The Zabeel House by Jumeirah – the Greens will debut within the forthcoming mixed-use development the Onyx located along Sheikh Zayed Road, which includes residential, commercial, and retail units.
Crafted with a bespoke design from locally based LW Design, the hotel will span 210 rooms and feature two restaurants, poolside al fresco dining, conference and business facilities, and a spa and fitness center.
The hotel is well positioned at the heart of the Greens master development with easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is within reach of some of Dubai’s best beaches, as well as public transport and the Dubai Metro. Anticipated to be a social hub, it is also near Dubai Media City, Internet City, and the growing commercial district of Barsha Heights.
Jumeirah Group’s Zabeel House by Jumeirah brand offers bespoke design, unique features, and architectural details to fit the individual location. Jumeirah Group has five signed hotel management agreements in place for Zabeel House by Jumeirah and will be making a series of announcements in early 2018.
