Hyatt International has signed the Hyatt Regency Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Scheduled to open in late 2013, the hotel calls for 257 guestrooms; a specialty restaurant; an expansive health center offering a pool, massage, sauna, Jacuzzi, and gym; business center; and meeting facilities, including a multifunction hall for 300 people.
