InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed its first hotel in the North African country of Algeria. Opening 2014, the 243-key Holiday Inn Algiers-Cheraga Tower will rise 246 feet. Amenities will include a restaurant, a spa with indoor pool and fitness facilities, an outdoor pool, and nearly 5,400 square feet of meeting space.
