Laurent Tourondel has left his post as executive chef and partner at BLT Restaurant Group. He will continue to oversee kitchen operations for all management license properties, including 10 restaurants around the world. "This has been a great run for me," Tourondel says. "I am looking forward to staying involved in a handful of BLT Restaurants while pursuing other culinary projects and new opportunities."
