The Kimberly Hotel in New York City has renovated 85 suites and guestrooms, nearly half of its inventory. The hotel’s renovation strategy also included a complete reconfiguration and re-decoration of all of its 30th floor suites, many of which offer 650 square feet of space in a layout featuring an elegantly appointed bedroom with Frette linens and king bed, spacious living room (outfitted with a Scott Jordan patented sofa bed) with adjacent dining room and wet bar area, and bathrooms showcasing Breccia and Empress marble. Tall windows frame the suites, which range from eight to 10 feet tall. Additionally, California Closets reconfigured the bedroom closets, providing expanded, organized storage.
