Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is set to debut the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech in 2028. Set along the scenic Route de l’Ourika, the sprawling development is envisioned as a fully integrated lifestyle destination where luxury hospitality meets immersive residential and leisure experiences.
Serving as the architectural centerpiece of the expansive property, the luxury resort will house more than 100 private suites designed to evoke tranquility and sophisticated comfort. Guest accommodations will range from intimate 484-square-foot rooms to premium suites, culminating in an opulent, 5,381-square-foot Celebration Suite.
The resort’s public spaces will feature a lineup of curated leisure facilities, outdoor bars, an all-day dining venue, and a signature restaurant.
A peaceful residential enclave
Complementing the resort experience, a residential enclave will introduce more than 50 high-end serviced villas organized as an exclusive resort-style neighborhood. The community will be woven together by walkable pathways and tranquil residency lagoons, offering easy access to the resort’s extensive amenities.
Each private villa will be outfitted with elevated design details, including sunken gardens, walk-in wardrobes, an outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and dedicated onsite parking.

The property’s wellness and wellbeing center is designed as a restorative sanctuary featuring traditional hammams, saunas, steam rooms, therapy rooms, a lap pool, juice bar, and health and beauty parlor.
Beneath the surface, an extensive underground sports complex will cater to active guests with an expansive gym, yoga studios, indoor squash courts, a private cinema room, play room, and golf simulator.
Above ground, outdoor recreation will include tennis and padel courts, while the Reef kids club will deliver curated experiences for younger visitors.
Beach club and boutiques
Anchoring the social atmosphere of the destination is the signature beach club, which will be open to guests, residents, and outside visitors. The multi-tiered space centers around an expansive main pool outfitted with floating platforms and plush pool beds framed by sunken bars, an upper-floor restaurant, DJ booth, and dedicated stage area.
Rounding out the lifestyle offerings, the club will feature two retail concepts: a boutique showcasing select local goods and a Nikki Beach lifestyle boutique with branded merchandise.
