The AC Hotel by Marriott Gainesville remains on track for its fall 2017 opening across from the University of Florida. With 144 rooms spanning 10 stories, the hotel will serve as an integral component of the forthcoming mixed-use project the Standard at Gainesville. The Standard will house luxury student housing as well as street-level retail and dining.
Ripe with the AC brand’s upscale, European qualities, the hotel will emphasize technology and feature a refined design. In addition to signature brand amenities like the AC Lounge and AC Library, a rooftop venue will comprise a fitness center, outdoor pool and pooldeck, three meeting rooms, and a business center.
