Atmosphere Hospitality has unveiled its green independent hotel concept, Adoba Eco Hotel & Suites. The mid-tier, full-service properties under the brand will reflect environmental awareness and social responsibility, aiming to achieve LEED Gold or Platinum status at each new-build location. Sustainable practices include the use of recycled materials; energy efficiency, including the Adoba Smart Solar Roofing system; minimization of waste and pollution; and waste water management.
An open floorplan defines the Atmosphere Bar and Grill, while the lobby’s "Fountain of Energy" incorporates the concepts of nature. New Adoba Eco Hotel & Suites properties are initially targeted for Denver; Tucson; San Francisco; Portland; Washington, DC; Houston; Seattle; and Midland/Odessa, Texas.
