ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair) returns to New York’s Javits Center May 17-19th, 2026. This year’s fair explores the theme “Common Ground: A Global Dialogue on Design and Shared Values,” which underscores design’s role in bridging perspectives across disciplines and geographies.
Across three days, ICFF will bring together designers, architects, developers, and manufacturers to showcase new products, prototypes, and exhibition formats, alongside a robust talks program that deepens the fair’s role as a forum for ideas.
ICFF Talks will feature more than 90 speakers—from designers and business leaders to editors and curators—across multiple stages, including the Main Stage, the Oasis, Aqua Atelier x Grohe, Juniper Recharge Lounge, and the Bespoke Salon.
Bespoke: The Art of Making
Bespoke: The Art of Making, presented by Hospitality Design magazine and Mayfair Design District, celebrates craftsmanship and materiality. The showcase highlights artisan-led production—from handmade furnishings to architectural finishes—to emphasize process and one-of-a-kind design.
At the center of the installation is the Bespoke Salon designed by Post Company, which serves as a gathering space for presentations, conversations, and material exploration. Sponsored by Ferreira de Sá, Andrée Putman Studio, Tonester, and Wrensilva, the salon will host the following discussions:

ICFF to transition to fall dates in 2027
The 2026 edition will be ICFF’s final spring fair before shifting to a November schedule beginning in 2027. Next year, ICFF will take place November 14-16th alongside BDNY at the Javits Center.
“After 37 years defining contemporary design in the U.S., we are making a move that reflects where the industry is going,” says ICFF brand directors Odile Hainaut and Claire Pijoulat. “Exhibitors and partners told us clearly and consistently that the spring calendar had become too compressed. November gives our community the time and focus to do business the right way, and the alignment with BDNY makes November a moment the industry won’t want to miss.”
Despite the shared timing, ICFF and BDNY will remain independently curated events that each maintain its own identity, audience, and programming.
