Custom contract furniture manufacturer American Atelier Inc. (AAI) has relocated its manufacturing facility to a 250,000-square-foot space in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The factory includes:
- An expanded EPA-approved finishing line with six drying ovens using lower VOC finishes
- Expanded shipping warehousing to eight docks with more than 14,000 square feet of area to accommodate fluid shipping schedules
- More efficient production areas
In addition, the building itself is undergoing a green transformation to have a minimal environmental impact with EPA approvals, Greenguard products, and forthcoming solar energy units.
