In partnership with the Rubicon Companies, the Davis Companies (TDC) has acquired the full-service Hilton Boston/Woburn hotel in Massachusetts.
Pyramid Hotel Group will now manage the eight-acre property.
TDC has commissioned Boston-based CBT Architects and hotelier Robin Brown, a co-developer of Boston’s Mandarin Oriental and Verb hotels, to reimagine the 344-room property’s glass atrium as a central hub with a contemporary restaurant and lounge.
The project is part of an approximately $15 million property improvement plan that will launch later next year.
Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, executive lounge, and an 18,000-square-foot function space and ballroom.
