Marriott will introduce its first Courtyard by Marriott to Vietnam. Part of a mixed-use development that will include additional hotels and a golf course, the 200-room hotel will be located on pristine beachfront complete with sand dunes near the town of Ham Tan. Accommodations include a mix of standard guestrooms in a series of low-rise buildings, along with semi-detached bungalows. Among dining options are Courtyard’s signature MoMo Café, a pool bar & grill, and a lobby lounge. Other amenities include indoor and outdoor event space, a pool and deck area, recreational pavilion with a kids’ club, and an exercise space and spa with six treatment rooms.
