A joint Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites development has opened in Warrenville, Illinois, near Chicago. The hotels, each housing 123 guestrooms, represent the brands’ first properties in the U.S. to feature enhanced lobby areas—a new e-room design at Hyatt Place and a redesigned open kitchen space at Hyatt Summerfield Suites. Guests have access to an indoor pool, outdoor grilling area, fitness center and sports court, and more than 2,000 square feet of meeting space between the two hotels.
