Element Houston Vintage Park has become the first hotel in Texas to earn LEED certification. The propert”s green initiatives include eco-sensitive bamboo landscaping, a charging station for electric cars, two diesel-powered courtesy vans, sustainable materials, recycling bins in guestrooms and public areas, amenity dispensers in bathrooms, and energy- and water-saving devices.
