CBH Hospitality is set to bring its first venture to Dubai with the debut of Duck & Waffle, one of London’s most beloved hotspots.
This November, the restaurant will officially open in a 10,000-square-foot space at the Dubai International Financial Centre.
ICRAVE’s design of Duck & Waffle Dubai
Designed by New York-based firm ICRAVE, Duck & Waffle Dubai will feature a 360-degree, walk-around chef’s bar where inventive libations take centerstage.
Upon arrival, visitors will be drawn to a radiant central dome, the focal point of the main dining room. Meanwhile, a large, perforated metal tree surrounded by lush greenery will frame views of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.
The venue will also include a greenhouse dining area with a covered pergola, creating a cozy daytime setting that transforms into a club-like atmosphere after sunset. With a combination of ambient and theatrical lighting, versatile furniture, and distinctive architecture, the space will effortlessly shift between day and night.
“Dubai, for me, is one of the most exciting cities on this planet,” says Shimon Bokovza, CEO and founder of Duck & Waffle. “Its diverse culinary scene and vibrant culture make it the perfect city for our next Duck & Waffle adventure as we look to expand our wings overseas.”
