Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will introduce its first Korean property with the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Seoul this October.

Located within the city’s central business district, the 317-room hotel is being designed by locally based Heerim Architects & Planners and LTW Designworks, which has offices in Singapore and Beijing. Contemporary art by local, regional, and international artists will be on display throughout the property.

Several new F&B outlets—conceived by designers such as AvroKO and André Fu—will include Boccalino, an Italian restaurant inspired by midcentury Milan, and the adjacent Bar Boccalino; Yu Yuan, which features a Shanghai-inspired aesthetic; Kioku, a sky-lit, three story Japanese eatery with private and semi-private spaces; the European-style Market Kitchen; the Prohibition-era Charles H. cocktail lounge; and Maru lounge.

Additional amenities will include the three-floor, 64,430-square-foot Four Seasons Club Seoul spa, a Korean sauna, an 8,235-square-foot gym, three pools, indoor golfing, and event space spanning two ballrooms and seven meeting rooms.
