HQ Hotels & Residences by SBE will expand into the Caribbean this November with the debut of HQ Cas en Bas Resort & Residences in Saint Lucia.
Developed in collaboration with UK-based Wellington Estates and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ Registry Collection, the project marks the first Caribbean outpost for the brand created by Sam Nazarian and Marc Anthony.
Inside the residences
At launch, the property will feature 96 freehold residences, including studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, organized around a central swimming pool that anchors the site plan.
Emphasizing indoor-outdoor living, residences are designed with high ceilings, custom furnishings, and generous glazing to maximize natural light and views. Each unit includes an en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony oriented toward the coastal landscape.
Planning approval has also been granted for an additional 82 residences on a neighboring parcel, positioning the development for phased expansion.

Social and culinary program
The resort’s public spaces are organized around a robust F&B strategy, with venues including Katsuya Beach, Umami Burger, and a casual Italian concept led by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi.
Additional social venues include Eclectic Beach and Night Sands, programmed for nightlife and entertainment, alongside more relaxed gathering spaces such as the Rum Shack, Cameron Jacks Lounge and Bar, and barefoot beach dining.
Amenities and services at HQ Cas en Bas
Future plans on the development will introduce enhanced wellness and recreation amenities, including a spa, fitness center, gym, and elevated pool. As a gated residential resort, HQ Cas en Bas is also structured around a service-led ownership model, offering onsite management, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24-hour security.
“The concept being created at HQ Cas en Bas is intended to feel both social and service-oriented, while responding to the character of Saint Lucia,” says Nazarian. “It’s designed to attract a new generation of travelers and homeowners through experience-led hospitality rather than traditional resort formality.”
