London-based interior design firm Goddard Littlefair has launched Epicurean, a new sister practice dedicated to F&B design. Helmed by Goddard Littlefair associate Lucy Robinson, Epicurean will meet the increased demand for high-quality F&B environments across the hospitality industry. The studio plans to pursue projects in hotel properties as well as standalone concepts.
“There is a strong feeling that F&B within the hospitality world is almost like the holy grail. If you can get a successful restaurant and bar working in a fantastic hotel, it’s the icing on the cake,” says Jo Littlefair, director and cofounder of Goddard Littlefair.
