The Grace Hotels Group is expanding into the Americas with the Grace Cafayate hotel and residential villas development in Argentina’s wine country. The 52-key project, which will take design cues from local traditions and echo the dramatic surroundings, will form part of La Estancia de Cafayate, a secluded 1,250-acre residential and sporting estate. An open kitchen restaurant will be accompanied by a wine and cigar bar, while the main hotel building will house a library complete with fireplace, as well as a health club, spa, and swimming pool.
