During Hospitality Design (HD) magazine’s 18th annual HD Summit in February, a select group of owners, brand representatives, purchasers, and sponsoring manufacturers gathered at Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, California for three days of education, networking, and creative inspiration. The thought-camp featured a variety of speakers on creativity and future trends, including chef Roy Choi and neuroscientist Beau Lotto, among others.
