The under-construction Hilton Baku in Azerbaijan is offering a sneak peek from the top floors of its 25-story building. The spaces take advantage of the stunning views overlooking the Caspian Sea and surrounding Baku cityscape. The eforea spa, pool, and fitness facilities all take advantage of the vistas. The Sky Grill restaurant will have a show kitchen and large roof terrace as a secondary dining area. Meanwhile, the rooftop bar, known as 360, boasts a revolving floor.
