The Hilton Hotels brand is entering Saudi Arabia with an 830-room project slated to open in late 2013. Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence will comprise two towers, one which houses 480 guestrooms, and another with 350 hotel apartments. Situated between Granada Centre, a shopping/entertainment complex, and Granada Business Park, the property will have several F&B outlets, meeting facilities that include separate male and female ballrooms, spa and health club, and swimming pool.
