Hotel Mazarin has opened its doors in New Orleans’ French Quarter. The 102-room property takes cues from its namesake, Cardinal Jules Mazarin, a colorful 17th-century pontiff, scholar, and gambler. Capturing the city’s “art de vivre,” the luxury boutique hotel features a wine bar, business center, fitness facilities, and private courtyard.
