Global hospitality company Aman is bringing a new destination to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Aman Dubai will occupy a shoreline property with an expansive private beach and nine acres of gardens. Along with an all-suite hotel, it will feature a limited number of branded residences, a nearly 22,000-square-foot spa, several F&B offerings, as well as a private members club.
Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, Aman Dubai will showcase the ultra-luxury brand’s signature minimal and contemporary aesthetic, making use of natural materials and clean lines to frame the cityscape and waterfront views.
The design narrative will draw from the region’s architectural and cultural heritage, blending the tranquility of Aman with Arabian hospitality. Local stone in a palette of desert tones will connect private living spaces to courtyards and gardens that descend to the beach.
“Situated in a prime location in Jumeirah 2, Aman epitomizes elevated living with the azure expanse of the sea and the vastness of the sky, and residents will be immersed in a world where every detail is meticulously curated,” says Shahab Lutfi, CEO of real estate investment company Bright Start, the owner of the project. “As part of our innovative approach to beachfront development, Aman represents a harmonious synthesis of nature, art, and luxury, inviting visitors and residents alike to embark on a journey of unparalleled indulgence and sophistication.”
Aman Dubai is currently in the development phase and is expected to open in the next three years.
