Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Millennium Hospitality Real Estate and Odyssey Hotel Group, has debuted Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol in Cádiz, Spain.
Celebrating local culture
Envisioned by Daar Studio, the architecture blends with the surrounding landscape through earthy tones and lush vegetation.
Inside, an interior design courtesy of Studio Ibu continues this dialogue with nature, incorporating natural materials such as Campaspero stone, fine woods, and tactile textiles like jute and linen. Soft patterns, artisanal ceramic and glass pieces, and expansive canvases further enhance the organic aesthetic.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a striking entrance lobby, where a colossal window frames uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean to create a connection to the sea. At the center of the space, a sculptural whale tail acts as a captivating trompe-l’oeil against the room’s monochromatic palette.
Guestrooms are bright and airy, with light wood, organic textures, and warm cream tones that reflect the soft glow of the sun.
The resort’s 47 private villas, each with a pool and spacious terrace, are inspired by the whitewashed charm of an Andalusian village with atmosphere of serenity and exclusivity.
The culinary experience
Fairmont La Hacienda offers five dining venues, like a signature restaurant by two-Michelin-star chef Benito Gómez, a relaxed poolside bistro, and a private beach club that transforms into a vibrant social space at night.
Wellness and amenities at the resort
The resort’s nearly 20,000-square-foot spa boasts panoramic sea views and the rolling green mountains beyond. The facility features hydrotherapy pools, a hammam, and a dedicated yoga and fitness space.
Fairmont La Hacienda is set against the backdrop of two renowned golf courses, including the celebrated La Hacienda Links Golf.
The resort also features elegant event spaces, such as a grand ballroom and expansive outdoor venues.
