Nautilus South Beach, a SIXTY Hotels property, has debuted its new penthouse and SIXTY suites crafted by Jason Pomeranc and the brand’s in-house design team.
An understated nautical flair defines the midcentury-style penthouse. Just shy of 1,500 square feet, the spacious room is clad with walnut wood floors that lead to a private outdoor sun deck. The opulent outdoor space is outfitted with teak furniture, festive lanterns, and potted greenery. Whitewashed wicker and a white quartz dining room table are featured in the kitchenette. Sixteen-foot tall ceilings, ocean blue walls, a soaking tub, and king-size bed with a natural rattan headboard make a statement in the master bedroom. The sunlit den doubles as a second bedroom. In addition, penthouse guests are afforded complimentary poolside cabana access.
A wooden walkway leads to the new oceanfront SIXTY suites, each of which are equipped with a king-size bed and full bathroom. Each room has its own unique design, with varied amenities ranging from a Jacuzzi tub to a half-kitchen or wine fridge.
All suite and penthouse guests will receive exclusive access to the hotel’s private rooftop terrace, which provides sweeping ocean views.
