The Jubilee Tower at Horseshoe Las Vegas will soon be a fixture of Sin City’s past. A $100 million investment will convert and rebrand the Jubilee into the Versailles Tower, a new pillar for the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
Bergman Walls & Associates will spearhead the overhaul for Caesars Entertainment, with Klai Juba Wald Architecture + Interiors overseeing the interior redesign. Renovations to the tower’s 756 accommodations are slated for completion in late 2023, while a new pedestrian bridge linking the Versailles to the Paris resort will open to the public in early 2024.
The revamped guestrooms will be among the largest standard offerings on the Strip, beginning at 436 square feet, with select rooms boasting 55-square-foot balconies as well.
“Over the past year, we’ve made significant enhancements to elevate the destination, bringing new concepts like Vanderpump à Paris, Nobu, the Bedford by Martha Stewart, and, most recently, a completely renovated sportsbook,” says Sean McBurney, regional president of Caesars Entertainment. “The addition of the Versailles Tower makes Paris one of the largest resorts in the heart of the Strip. The interior and exterior will be completely reimagined and transformed into some of the best rooms in Las Vegas. When it opens this fall, our guests will have easy access to the incredible restaurants and gaming options they have grown to love at Paris Las Vegas.”
