Primland, Auberge Resorts Collection in Meadows of Dan, Virginia has unveiled its first luxury residence: the six-bedroom Hawk Eye mountaintop estate.
Hawk Eye features a four-bedroom main residence spanning 3,697 square feet, with an expansive living room and gourmet kitchen; a two-bedroom, 1,210-square-foot guest house; and a games cottage with vintage arcade games, a pool table, a private bocce court, and more. Outdoor amenities include a heated pool, two hot tubs, and a fire pit with sweeping mountain views.
The interiors by Dallas-based Chad Dorsey Design reflect the colors of the Virginia landscape, with deep purples and blues mirroring sunsets and greens inspired by the surrounding forest. Custom furnishings, antiques, and finishes, along with works by French ceramicist Roger Capron—whose botanical-themed coffee table overlooks the valley—bring an elevated warmth to the space.
Hawk Eye signals the completion of Primland’s extensive property enhancements (also completed by Dorsey), which include refreshed gathering spaces within the main lodge and a reimagined two-story Great Hall with inviting fireplaces.
The renovation also introduces Leatherflower restaurant and two Mountain Top Tree House Suites with panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
