Jon D. Kennedy has joined GrandStay Hospitality as senior vice president of franchise development. The industry veteran brings 39 years of experience to his new role, including specialization in start-up chains such as Super 8 and AmericInn. He has been involved in the development, sales, and marketing of more than 1,500 franchise business hotels in the past two decades.
GrandStay Hospitality franchises two main brands: GrandStay Residential Suites Hotels and Crossings by GrandStay Inn & Suites. There are 17 properties in five states in the Midwest, with plans to expand nationwide.
