Celebrity chef Kerry Simon is taking his rock-n-roll flair to the Atlantic City Hilton with this summer’s debut of the Simon Prime steakhouse. Featuring 140 seats, the eclectic restaurant will feature reclaimed wood tabletops, comfortable chairs in a room adorned with Chinese rugs, and food and music-related artwork and photography.
