InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced plans to launch a Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants property in Paris with the help of AXA Investment Managers. Slated for a 2020 debut, the forthcoming property will be located near the famed Paris Opera.
The building will feature 149 guestrooms and 27 suites, a luxury spa, fitness center, and sleek meeting spaces overlooking the city.
The Kimpton Paris will be the brand’s second development in Europe, following the recent signing of a location in Amsterdam, which will open next year. Kimpton currently manages 62 hotels in the U.S. with 18 more in the pipeline.
