The City of Nashville and Omni Hotels & Resorts have signed a pre-development agreement to build a new hotel adjacent to the in-progress Music City Convention Center. Both projects are expected to debut in 2013. Sporting a design that’s reflective of the Nashville experience, the hotel calls for 800 guestrooms and suites; more than 80,000 square feet of meeting and event space; restaurants, bars, and lounge; retail space; pool; fitness center; and Mokara signature spa.
