The Pelican Grand Beach Resort, a boutique hotel in Ft. Lauderdale owned by Noble House Hotels & Resorts, recently completed the 1,400-square-foot Atlantic ballroom and Terrace, part of its multimillion-dollar expansion project.

The beachfront ballroom with space for up to 120 people provides ocean views and features a rooftop terrace and a coastal-chic design.

Scheduled to debut in May, the new 2,055-square-foot Ocean View ballroom and 3,700-square-foot Ocean View Terrace and Gazebo double the property’s meeting space, while the PURE spa ensures environmentally sound comfort and a penthouse with panoramic views has a private dining room for eight.
