Rezidor is the latest hotel company to make plans for Sochi, Russia, as the area prepares for the 2014 Winter Olympics. Located on the Black Sea, the 500-key Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Hotel will feature three restaurants, two bars, a nightclub, an expansive conference center, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness facilities, tennis courts, and a kids club. The hotel is slated to open in Q1 2013.
