SBE founder and CEO Sam Nazarian has collaborated with celebrity photographer/music video director Matthew Rolston to create the Redbury, an extended stay hotel in Hollywood targeted toward the DIY generation. Mixing luxury and boho-chic touches, guestrooms will showcase everything from flea market finds to record players to 300-thread-count Italian linens. The hotel, which opens in mid-August, will also feature Cleo, SBE’s new signature restaurant concept.
