Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide will soon launch its first Tribute Portfolio-branded property in the Asia Pacific—the Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hokkaido in Japan.
The Kiroro is part of a dual signing with the Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort, with both properties slated to open this December.
Owned by Kiroro Resort Holdings Co., the 282-room hotel will be located in Western Hokkaido’s Kiroro integrated ski resort area, which is about 90 minutes away from New Chitose Airport.
Amenities will include a gym, pool, several F&B options, and approximately 4,590 square feet of function space that features a grand ballroom and four meeting rooms. Guests will also have access to natural hot springs.
