Developers have broken ground on a dual Hilton-branded tower in Atlanta. Comprising Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites, the building will offer 226 guestrooms and shared amenities such as conference facilities, a full-service restaurant and lounge, and an outdoor elevated pool and spa. The opening is scheduled for Q1 2013.
