The newest venture from Grupo Habita, Casa Fayette is a 37-room hotel, located in Guadalajara, Mexico’s burgeoning Lafayette district, that comprises an Art Deco-era mansion and a new minimalist structure—both linked by smart, locally inspired interiors designed by Milan-based Dimore Studio with architecture by local firm Estudio 5.
