Tokyo-based architect Sou Fujimoto debuts his first project in Hong Kong with his eclectic interpretation of the lifestyle concept Potato Head. Crafted in collaboration with Jakarta-based hospitality brand PTT Family, the 8,000 square feet of diverse space—including a restaurant, coffee counter, music lounge, and retail venue—is outfitted with contemporary and traditional influences highlighting Indonesian craftsmanship through a modern lens.
