Following a 2011 purchase by SIMA Hospitality, Solvang, California’s former Petersen Village Inn was repurposed as the Landsby by Santa Monica-based Studio Collective, which aimed to marry the site’s existing Old World Danish charm with a newer Scandinavian aesthetic.
